I have ordered from National engravers many times over the last few years. Always ordered the acrylic dog tags each time I have moved. This time I ordered and when the tags arrived the order was wrong. The wrong details had been put on 2 of the tags. I emailed and it was agreed they would re send the 2 tags that had been done wrong. The 2 tags did take much longer to arrive than the original order took. I emailed a few times to see what was going on while I was waiting and was ignored. I dont think this is your usual standard of customer care. I understand you will be busy but it takes a couple if minutes to answer an email..
Anyway as usual the actual items are of the quality that I am used to receiving from this company. Thank you!

Excellent value 10/10. Would highly recommend. Very happy and for the price it was so much better than I expected. Next time though I would pay the little bit extra to have the small ring put on.

Really poor quality
I ordered an inscribed cat collar - the writing was barely legible when it arrived, and within a week the edges were fraying. Won't be buying again!

Bought the collar and lead with info on the collar, lots of lovely comments by other dog walkers and friends. Super leather, looks very smart on my dog
